Hi, I'm Anthony Veit and I started Ashley Street Consulting, LLC back in 2009. This independent consulting company was created in Ann Arbor, Michigan to help funnel and coordinate my business interests and activities.
After 30 years of working in technology and management for the publishing industry, I wanted an outlet to continue sharing my expertise, expand my horizons,...and pay the tuition bills of my daughters and grandkids!
I have helped a number of organizations analyze their business needs, understand the technology options available to them, and helped them select the best solutions. Although an admitted techie, I understand the difference between forests, trees, and toothpicks. When searching for appropriate solutions, I often quote my father who once responded to a detailed technology proposal with "...sometimes the best solution is a 3x5 index card."
Understanding strategic directions, establishing business needs, appreciating operational & budgetary constraints, and then choosing appropriate solutions are keys to successful endeavors. Furthermore, Ashley Street Consulting can provide project management and follow-up assessments as necessary.
